Every creation at Rakhiyo Hastkala is handcrafted with immense devotion by master artisans in Kutch. We want you to cherish every purchase. If something isn't quite right, our simple and transparent return process is here to support you.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a seamless return process, please verify that your item fulfills the following conditions:
7-Day Window
Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of package delivery.
Original Condition
Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from perfume, stain, or damage.
Tags & Packaging
All original brand tags, labels, authenticity cards, and cloth bags must remain attached and intact.
Understanding Handcrafted Variations
Unlike mass-produced machine factory garments, every Rakhiyo Hastkala piece is dyed with natural organic pigments, hand-block printed (Ajrakh), or hand-loomed in Kutch.

Non-Returnable Items
To protect hygiene standards and honor bespoke artisan labor, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless delivered damaged or incorrect:
- Customized, tailored, or made-to-measure products created specifically upon request.
- Items purchased during Clearance, Archive Sale, or Final Sale events.
- Products that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
- Intimate or personal care items (such as fabric masks or inner garments) for health & safety standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective garment, incorrect size/style, or damaged parcel, we take immediate responsibility to make it right:
Our team will arrange a complimentary reverse doorstep pickup at zero extra cost to you and dispatch a fresh replacement immediately.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing preferences can vary. We offer easy exchanges subject to product availability:
- Sizing exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
- If the requested size or color is out of stock, you may choose store credit valid for 12 months or opt for a refund.
- A nominal reverse pickup shipping fee of ₹100 may apply for optional size exchanges unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.
Refund Process & Timelines
Once your returned item arrives back at our Kutch workshop, our quality control team inspects it within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed promptly:
Refunds are credited directly back to your original payment account within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
We begin preparing your handcrafted piece shortly after an order is confirmed. Please review our cancellation guidelines:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched (100% full refund).
- To cancel, please notify our support team via WhatsApp or Email as early as possible.
- Once an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit; you may initiate a return upon delivery following standard return guidelines.
